Have you ever wondered why someone keeps on getting failures, scarcity or a stuck state, whereas for others life is a gift of abundance and success? Subconscious may be compared to a garden, until the seeds of success and courage are planted, weeds of scarcity, misery and frustration keeps on growing. Once you learn to use your subconscious mind; every dream becomes a reality.
You are born with infinite power and skill but due to lack of knowledge, this has remained un-manifested. Take it as a call of destiny for learning, how to activate and channelize this power. Below are few techniques that can help you achieve what you want in life:
- List your desires!
Take a pen & paper and write down all that you want to achieve in life. Make a list of all the things you want to own, big & small. Having a clearer picture of your desires will help you put your efforts in the right direction.
- Think and just think about it- All the Time!
Constantly thinking about what you want in life, will help the fact settle into your subconscious mind, without even having you realise it. But at the same time, it is important to think of one thought at a time. Too many thoughts will eventually confuse the subconscious & you won’t get the desired results. - Feel the feeling of achievement!
Feel the feeling you would have, if you achieved what you wanted. Be happy, feel the happiness, pride & other emotions that you would feel once your wishes come true. The best time to do this is while you are going to sleep. Keep your eyes closed & feel all those emotions that would otherwise come to you. The next best time is when you wake up in the morning. These are the two times when our subconscious mind is awake & takes commands. - Visualise!
We can never understand how visuals create an impact on our mind. Using images around you that relate to your desires, is another way of attracting what you want & fixing it into your subconscious. Take picture of the car you want to own or the degree you want to hold on the convocation day & stick it in front of your desk at work or near the wall clock at home. You just have to keep looking at it & feel you already own it & you’re already halfway there. - Meditate!
Meditation helps to calm down our conscious mind. It relaxes the ‘n’ number of thoughts going on in your mind & will helps you to focus on what you actually want. Do think about your wish list once, while you meditate. Picturise what you want to have as if you already own it. This is the best time to send commands to the subconscious.
