Gone are the days when people lived a healthy & happy life. Nowadays, with so much pressure from various walks of life, we are never able to relax our mind. Our mind is always occupied with some thoughts, which reflects on our physical body in some form or the other.
We’ve all had our share of diseases and may have suffered from it for quite a bit. Ever wondered why do we fall sick often? You must have heard from your elders that you’ll get ill if you eat junk food or eating too much fast food is bad, but there’s another side to the coin as well. The human body has such a mechanism, that without making us consciously informed about it, it absorbs what it requires and removes what it doesn’t.
We come across people in our routine who are aggressive in nature & this is the result of their eating habits. For example, non-vegetarians tend to be short tempered, since the food they are intaking is an animal that has been killed and while getting killed, the emotions of anger, pain & fear get ingrained into the body cells of that animal which in turn gets transferred to the one eating it.
Humans have three basic needs: food, clothes & a shelter to live under. Once these basic needs are fulfilled, we start getting attracted towards the materialistic needs that will help us achieve our hunger for social status. These needs can be owning an expensive vehicle, mobile phones, jewelry, branded clothes, etc. Once these are also achieved, we develop the need for relationships & the environment we live in. These may change with time & growth, but as our materialistic needs grow, so grows our biological needs and in the race of achieving more and more materialism, those biological needs get ignored, leaving us with biological disturbances within our system which eventually leads to diseases.
A disease is a disturbance that we see in the physical body due of the manifestation of mental thoughts. This is how our mind alerts us about something that’s creating an imbalance with its functionality. So, to heal the physical damage that a particular disease causes, it’s very important to treat the mental imbalance behind it first.
Since we all are unique as humans & have our own way of reacting to certain situations, the diseases may vary for each one of us. Thus, in order to heal the physical damage, it’s important to get to the core of mental instability it stemmed from.
Happy Healing!
